According to a new poll released by CBS News, 54% of Americans disagree with the House Republicans’ decision to sue President Obama for not implementing the health care law they’ve voted to repeal more than 50 times fast enough. See? That sentence in and of itself is more than enough to tell you why most Americans would see this lawsuit as truly wasted time, money and effort. Perhaps if the GOP hadn’t spent the better part of four years trying to undermine the law, they’d have a leg to stand on with the American people, but you can’t watch someone try for four years to blow up a dam turn around try to tell you they’ve been poking their fingers into the holes to stop the leaking when it becomes painfully obvious all their efforts to demolish it have failed.
