Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed Subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. Experience: Appropriate administrative experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Must work day- and night-shift, weekends and public holidays. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of Hospital Fees Memorandum, Chapter 18, HIS/Clinicom, UPFs and billing System. Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and planning skills. Computer literacy. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Draw, file and safe keeping of patient records. Open, register and admission of all patients on Clinicom system. Update patient information on systems. Receive money and issue receipts. Maintain patient confidentiality on information.
