Advertising on behalf for my dad: My present flatmate is moving on after living here for nearly 2 years as his training base is here in Hamilton, but now he is qualified he is moving back to be with his family (wife and kids and home) that live in Tauranga. The situation with him was that he could just float in and out as his shifts allowed him to do, so what I am offering is basically the same deal. Could be here during the week and away weekends, or I would consider any option offered to me. As the owner / occupier aged 65 (male), the unit is set up . The room on offer is a small single room (has double bed in at the moment) drawers, tv, wardrobe . . The price includes everything, power, phone, gas,etc., except food and personal supplies.
