Affirmative Repositioning Update 002: a man named Mueze Kazapua - TopicsExpress

Affirmative Repositioning Update 002: a man named Mueze Kazapua who is Deputy Mayor of the Windhoek Municipality, the man who admitted in todays newspaper that he gave himself a plot in one of the luxurious suburbs is busy going around telling people that am misleading the youth and that I have gotten land. Those of us that worked hard and reached University know that to own land means to have a Deed of Sale or Title Deed with the deeds office. It doesnt mean you own land when one of the 20 steps within the bureaucracy has documents with your name. I want a title deed not promises of land. We also hear that one fat business elite was in Otjiwarango commenting about me and mixing his nose in Affirmative Repositioning efforts. What we see here is an attempt to personalise the land issue and make it about Shipululo. This is not about Job. Even if Kanandjembo gets land it will not be the end of Affirmative Repositioning. We are not fighting just for ourselves. We are not fighting for our own jackets only. Given all these attempts I therefore announce that we (Land Activists) have expanded the scope and taken the leadership of the plight of all the landless people in general and the landless youth in particular. Myself and other land activists are now incharge of this project. We will now be announcing steps to be taken and the line of March. One such step is the statement to be released on Thursday that will contextualise Affirmative Repositioning for fitting absorption. This is our country too. Keep your head up as you hear and be heard!
