After WWII economy was growing 5%per year,there were plenty of good jobs,there was job security,job benefits, the world looked up to us, they emulated us, till 1960s. Since our economy insidiously has been declining,now there is high unemployment, no job security, government is dysfunctional. the end of cold war and IT have not helped enough.There are many trouble spots globally,nobody knows what to do about them and they keep getting worse. Last century cars were using leaded gasoline,it created lead pollution in US and globally. In US lead pollution concentration has been highest since 1960s. Lead is a neurotoxin(neuro=nerve) causing chronic epidemic brain deficit,disabilities,agitation,poor judgment and violence, which explains global economic decline as well as many trouble spots globally.
