After driving down the hill to the mom and pop appliance store here in Madison which I swore I would not darken the door of again, I have now truly learned my lesson. After being passed around and basically being made to feel like I was to much trouble and not worth their time I drove back to the top of the hill to Lowes: $9.50 later I walk out of the big box store with better service and pricing and head home to fix the washer. Never again to so much as look in the window of that place again. I dont care how long they have been in Madison.
