After having my favorite Chilean Sea Bass at her home last weekend, the prospective client said that the signed contract is “in the mail”, but the wish list for her new home arrived first through the email: 1. Dine-in kitchen that can accommodate at least 10 people to move around the island to cook and chat; 2. Living room that is really a “living” room; 3. 2-story high library; 4. A sitting area that can make the exterior wall to the back yard go away; 5. All-suite bedrooms with double masters; 6. One master suite tugged in the attic/3rd floor with elevator; 7. 4-5 fireplaces; 8. Lighting and space for art work display (her both sisters are artists); 9. Natural lighting in walk-in closets; 10. Large deck overhanging a creek in the back in the midst of a dense clove of oak trees. Wow, that sounds just like mine :-)
