After the whole Grammy thing with Macklemore, and Kendrick Lamar being snubbed. I cant help but finally speak on the NW Hip Hop issue. After reading the post from a NW Hip Hop staple Kun Luv, I have to say something regarding our so-called community. Fact is, we have it ass backwards. Macklemore gets big, and instead of the community coming together to not only rally behind his efforts, while at the same time collectively grooming the next one to put on for the city, we go back to our respected corners and circles and sulk about why it wasnt them instead.
