Many old person are oposing the young bankers moove of CPC. Friends the real reason for opposing bipartitie is past history of BPS. CPC gives salary hike of 40-60% in every 10 year, however bps gives average increase of 10% in every 5 years. The 10th bps system is made only for benefiting either retired person or going to retired in next 6 years. As around 6 lac employees from public sector Banks are going to retire in next 6 year. The old ufbu 82 years leaders are very much interested to revise pension benefits. They are least bothered for coming next 6 lac new employees. Its our duty and responsibility to understand the situation and take some step for betterment of young bankers already joined as well as going to join in next few years. If we are sleeping this time i am very much sure that before 11 th bipartite comes many of us might have switched our job to other sectors due to peon type salary. We believe in the action and decided to go for demand of CPC so that all plans of retired leaders got failed.In the first phase we have decided to take our voice to 1 Lac Bankers under mission one lac membership of Swatantra Bank Kramchari Sangh , a group created on facebok. We need a plateform where we can get views of 1 lac bankers at once. We therefore request you to kindly take the mission of one lac very strongly. We have already crossed 7300 in just 15 days. If we all add daily one of our friends to the group we can easily touch 1 lac figure. Your small efforts can bring justice to all and we all will get good days.
