Alfred Gusenbauer can help Serbia – Josef Cap! VIENNA – Head of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPO) group in the Austria parliament Josef Cap has said that former Austrian chancellor and leader of the SPO Alfred Gusenbauer will be able to help Serbia on its path to the EU. The SPO has already said it is in faovur of accepting Serbian into the EU and it will do everything for the accession process to become faster, he told Tanjug. Gusenbauer will definitely help on that road to the EU as a new adviser of Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic. Gusenbauer will arrive in Belgrade on September 20 and hold a news conference, Tanjug learned in Vienna earlier. During his political career, Gusenbauer built an excellent network of contects around the world, both in politics and economy. His consulting company, Gusenbauer Projektentwicklung & Beteiligung GmbH, which is based in Vienna, has achieved significant results. The company recorded a profit of EUR 3.23 million between 2009 and 2011. Gusenbauer works as an advisor for a series of companies across the world, including Novomatic and Equitas Capital, is on the managing broad at Strabag and Signa Prime Selection AG, and has also advised Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, the German VAC Group, Alpine Bau GmbH, and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. He is also an associate of Columbia University.
