All protocol observed! I pen this post with the sole purpose of bringing into your attention the birth of Kenya Journal of Law and Justice (herein after KJLJ). This Committee is borne under the auspices of The Kenyan Legal initiative. Concisely: The difference of the mother institution is as follows: - Kenyan Legal is a Magazine; while - Kenya Journal of Law and Justice is a Journal The readers who find your work to be convincing, thus, rich in knowledge, can reference work published in the journal. Thereof, I welcome you to proffer your work and/or research papers. Each Journal will comprise five (5) research papers. There will be reviewing of the research papers by two (2) panels. Hence, it is not a promise that there will be forthwith publication of each research paper. Nevertheless, in the event your research paper is considered or rejected you will be updated on the same forthwith by the Communication Department. Finally yet importantly, as we respect your intellectual property we also DEMAND that you respect the Intellectual property of other authors irrespective of how they have expressed it (irrespective of the documentation).
