Please do NOT post more than 5 posts per day! 3. Only one item per post is allowed unless you are selling all of the items in the photo as a group (i.e. a group of stamps, video game console with games,etc...)! If you only want one of the items in the group, please PM the seller.The seller has the option of selling that single item to you as long as they remove the original post and re-post the remaining items in the group. We want to avoid a scenario where a seller constantly bumps their items to the top because they have sold 1 of 10, or 2 of 10, or 3 of 10, etc... MAKE SENSE? :) Do NOT put $5 each or anything with the word each or a piece. Only one group or one item for sale. If you have questions, ask! :) 4. Once a week (either Thurs or Fri TBD) a post will be created for you to list your garage sale. Please put any comments under this post! All other posts will be removed! 8. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Remove each post once it has sold, EVEN IF IT IS PENDING PICK UP! If the sale falls through, feel free to re-post! (I recommend removing the post as soon as you take the conversation to a PM). FYI: If your item is pending pick-up, please write down all of the interested buyers and remove the post. If not, you will likely lose everyone that was interested once it has been removed by the admin. (I have sold many, many items and never had any trouble keeping up with my information. If this is too much for you to handle, I would recommend only posting one item a day.) 9. DO NOT bump an item for the first 2 days after it has been posted and you may only BUMP it once every 3 days after that. All others will be deleted. (Bumping is when you comment on your item to push it to the top. Any type of bumping beyond these guidelines will be removed. Commenting on your post to reduce the price is considering bumping! Posting an item, removing it and re-posting to avoid looking like it has been bumped will lead to immediate banishment. Same goes for bumping your post and removing the comment in an attempt to hide that you bumped it. No need to be sneaky, just have fun!) BUMPS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR 5 POSTS PER DAY. If you have an album, you may NOT bump the entire album - only 5 of the items in the album per day. 10. ❌ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: 🏡Houses for rent or sell, 🐶live animals, 🎂🍪food items of any kind, 👗clothing, 👠foot wear.....this list will grow as we come across different types of items. If your item is questionable, please ask before posting! For now, motor vehicles are allowed. You must post that you are in possession of the title. All others will be removed. 11. All WTB look through the entire thread and see if there is anything you may have that one of the members is looking for (kind of like the garage sale post)! If you have an offer to make one of the members regarding their WTB request, do not comment under this post. Please find your item and tag their name AND/OR send them a private message. 12. Do not post someones name on the page and accuse them of ANY TYPE of wrong doing. There are always two-sides to every story. You should handle your problem in private. 13. I cannot mediate any troubles you have with a sell. Unfortunately, that is between a buyer and a seller. If something has taken place that you believe the admin should know, feel free to shoot me a message. Once someone has been reported twice for inappropriate behavior, they will be banned. 14. Do NOT piggy back or comment on another members post that you also have that item available for sale. If you have that item, feel free to post it on the page! 15. Lastly, do NOT upload files unless they are informative and helpful to the group. 16. OBO (or best offer) ONLY means the asking price or lower...not higher (that would be considered bidding). 17. Do NOT post an item and re-post it to avoid breaking bumping rules. The 5 items you post a day must be 5 different items (you cant post the same item 5 times). 18. Absolutely no food is allowed. This includes baby food and formula. Have fun and be safe! FYI: In an effort to eliminate a lot of mess, each time a rule is broken the member will be removed. After you have carefully reviewed the rules, you may rejoin the group at the discretion of an admin. The majority of this group works exceptionally hard to follow the rules, so the minority should do the same. If you sell broken, defective, or not-as-described items (either knowingly or unknowingly) please handle the situation in private. If the situation cannot be resolved, banning will need to be enforced. I do not condone wasting anyones time or money. Thank you for your cooperation! FAQs Q1. If I post an item and realize I forgot a piece of information should I delete and re-post or just put the information I forgot in the comments? A1. If it is literally within minutes, it isnt really that big of a deal BUT I still recommend reposting it if you are unable to edit it because you are using a phone. I only say this because everyone scanning through their phone cant see anything you comment unless they actually check the comment section. If someone ever bumps their post to reduce the price, most people browsing on their phones would never even notice the reduction.
