Allergies getting the better of you? Keep a diary noting things that are different like foods/ certain contacts/ what you have been around that day. It all helps to build a picture of what might be the cause of your allergy. The pattern came clear for me that when I used certain soaps my skin would become itchy!. After research I discovered that sodium Lauryl sulfate (SLS) was the cause (the foaming agent unfortunately in many hygiene products). Using @Salveez will alleviate the itch and help the skin to repair but youll also need to find the cause to completely clear your allergy. #eczema
