Alumni Spotlight Jody Wilson - Class of 1995 was recognized before the start of the Smyrna vs McDonogh match. Jody started his wrestling career at Smyrna Middle in 7th & 8th grade for Coach, Steve Stewart. Then for Coach Mike Dulin while at Smyrna High. A few of Jodys most memorable wrestling moments was when he finished 3rd at Nationals in Bloomsburg, PA losing 2 - 1 to the National Champ. Winning the 160lb Henlopen Conference Title at CR in 1995 and being named the Henlopen Conference Outstanding Wrestler and capturing the 1993 and 1994 Dual Meet State Titles. In 2000, he started coaching with Smyrna Little Wrestlers. Since then he has been involved with coaching Team Smyrna, as well as Team Delaware over the years.
