Amazing how quickly hospital overcrowding is become a national crisis when its hits Dublin Hospitals? 5 years ago I busted my hump fighting for the Louth Hospital and people laughed at me and one of our current TDs branded me as a shinner on the frontpage of the Argus. I wont forget what Gov parties dismissed my concerns saying we would have a state of the art hospital just 20 mins up the road. It was all lies supported by experts who have since moved on. My conscience is clear - I and people like me did as much as we could. We fought every inch of the way, we did it on our own time and we didnt get expenses like the organisations we were fighting against.
