I will never forget Mr. Noble for what he did for me as a boy - TopicsExpress

I will never forget Mr. Noble for what he did for me as a boy growing up in Elkin. As Physical Fitness Director at the YMCA, he asked me to join Leaders Club (a gymnastics club). I told him I couldnt because I didnt have a ride to get there at night, and I lived several miles out of town. He said if I would get there, he would give me a ride home. I will never forget his kindness to me, and I have tried to pay it forward. I tracked him down in September of last year and was able to speak to him by phone and write him a letter of thanks. I am so glad I found him before he passed.
