Amazing specials tonight at PADDOCK ...started with the Salmon Gravlax and Cucumber Carpaccio with Fresh Dill, Creme Fraiche and Preserved Lemon (Cool, Light and perfect for a Summer night!) followed by Grilled Swordfish with Lemon and Thyme Yukon Gold Potatoes, Spinach with an Olive Tapenade...FOODGASM!!!! People have been raving about Casey Sparkles Mourlam Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Caramelized Pineapple, Brown Butter Cake and Vanilla Ice Cream with a Cherry Sauce...so I went for it! Friends,most of you know I dont have much of a sweet tooth...rarely order dessert...but this is really special...dont miss it! (Also...the famous PADDOCK Banana Split is back for a limited time...if you like Banana Splits, DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!!!)
