An Egyptian Company in the field of Vending Machines “Selling and Service” Business is hiring the following: 1.Sales Manager -Full Time: Responsibilities: 1.Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2.Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 3.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 4.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 5.Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. 6.Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. 7.Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 8.Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. Relationships and Roles: *Internal / External Cooperation: 1.Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. 2.Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 3.Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Job Specifications: 1.3-5 years of experience in sales management. 2.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 3.Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams 2.Sales Outdoor Representative -Full Time: * Description: 1. Selling and promoting the company services to the clients. 2. Making a prefect presentation to the company and its services. 3. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients. 4. Creating & updating a solid clients database. 5. Following-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 6. Preparing sales report on daily basis and deliver it to the direct supervisor. 7. Consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. 8. Monitoring market conditions, services innovations, and competitors services, prices, and sales. •Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree. 2.V. good in using MS office package and internet 3.Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence. 4.Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales. •Work Experience: From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales . •Other : 1.Preferably who owns a car. 2.Preferably whose address is in Nasr City/Heliopolis.
