An amazing spectacle will be coming to Lightwater Valley on this Sunday (13th April), the Squires Easter Egg Bike Run for 2014. This will be the 8th annual egg run, where over 500 bikes meet up in fancy dress, donate easter eggs themselves, then collect easter eggs along their route while raising money for charity. The bikers final stop along with all the eggs on Sunday will be Lightwater Valley, who will also be making a donation. This year the charities that will benefit from the eggs are St Georges Crypt, Leeds and Yorkshire Childrens Centre and all money raised on the day will be going to Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Macmillan Cancer Research.
