A new agreement helps Virgin Galactic clear the path to begin affordable space launches from Spaceport America, according to the company. The agreement sets out parameters for how routine space missions launched from Spaceport America will be safety integrated into national and state airspace systems. According to Virgin Galactic: The agreement provides procedures for the safe integration of commercial, licensed space launch operations into the National Airspace System from Spaceport America. Virgin Galactic will offer free one-day training seminars to tourism suppliers in New Mexico beginning today.
