An interesting read. Id like to know what percentage of the musicians interact with maestro after rehearsals or concerts, or if he holds them in disdain; as underlings to be only used. I used to play for one who held us in such contempt that he would only appear at the start of rehearsals, and interact only with his cronies afterwards. However, his talent is considerably less than Jaap van Zweden!
