An older man, in his later 60s/early 70s, is sitting near me at Panera and eating by himself. A little girl, probably 3 or 4, sits in the chair across from him and starts eating. He said to her, Can I help you? No. As she continued eating. Do you need to eat with your Mommy? No. She has my Dad and my brother. Ill eat with you. No one should eat alone. He smiled and they started eating. Not much was said over the meal but it was a holy moment.
