Angry Beaver owners cleared by Judge Two local bar owners will face no more court action regarding their alleged role in the deaths of two women in a head on highway 401 crash in February 2012. A local newspaper report says Justice Stephen Hunter dropped manslaughter charges against 32 year-old Phillip Sztejnmiler and 33 year-old David Stoll, citing a lack of evidence to warrant a trial. Sztejnmiler and Stoll were charged following an alleged Super Bowl party at the Angry Beaver Bar which the two men owned. Twenty-three year-old Angry Beaver waitress Korin Howes left the party, drove the wrong way on the 401 and collided with the car driven by 23 year-old Shaina Harrison. Among other reasons for his decision, Justice Hunter said there was no way to prove either of the men knew Howes was intoxicated, or even that they had any contact with her during the night. Six provincial liquor license violations against the two men are still outstanding.
