Animal Updates: We have a new Guinea Pig named Hershey Kiss.. He joins Snickers and Smores as a new component of the Guinea Pig trifecta. Even our pet names raise my blood sugar.. Bumper the parrot is suffering from neglect during this very busy time for me..He screams for attention. Pete the Pixie frog has almost doubled in size. He stays buried in his moist bedding most of the time. Then emerges to chow down on meal worms. Then gives me a moist and slimy finger, and buries again. Alice the Rabbit has moved back outside for the summer, where she continues to plot my demise, at a time and place of her choosing.. The Barred owl who lives nearby, is very aggressive when I hoot at him..He comes up close and hoots like crazy...lol..
