Anon has asked: Do any breasfeeding mums with toddlers feel trapped? My 19mo DS is so loving with his dad, he gets hugs and greeted and kisses, whenever I walk through door im ignored or I am pointed at and ds yells boob boob at me. Whenever he hurts himself I try to pick him up and soothe him and all he wants is boob. He is also very difficult to put to sleep atm because we bedshare and he wants boob and I am over 13wks pregnant and so drained and supply is low, its quite painful when he latches. I just want to be able to enjoy and love him before next baby arrives and not have everything turn negative and be looked at like a food source while his dad gets to be fun, loving and wanted for everything else. Any suggestions to wean a VERY stubborn and no where near ready toddler! TIA
