Another great partner workout in the books. We trained legs today and added these curtsy lunge variations into the mix. I am demonstrating a cardiovascular version doing 15-20reps per side for speed. Keeping the elevated leg bent and just tapping my foot down on each side. VERVE Fitness-Amanda Hierath is demonstrating a strength version with added weight, completing 8-12 reps per side. Plant one foot on top of step and cross the other diagonally behind you (as if curtsying), then return to the starting position. These are great for your glutes.
