Any social workers out there or people with any knowledge of how to help someone who isnt capable of helping themselves. I was on a service call tonight and here was this guy with a sever disability. I used to work with the elderly and head trauma patients pluss time in the ER.. so i can tell when someone is challenged. Well I guess the neighboor is helping this guy out but.. this guys trailer should be condemned and I fear he might be getting taken advantage of.. um.. so yah.. seriously stuck on this and cant get it out of my mind. He had a broken water line and I fixed it but didnt charge him. Who do you get ahold of or talk to when someone you dont know needs serious help.. Im about ready to go back there and rebuild his whole place.. its no way to live.. sorry.. had to get it off my chest and hoping someone on FB might have a good answer
