Anyone else been using a box (or bar or other support) as a major part of their OAHS training? Ive made some huge gains in technical development since I started using it. I am able to much more accurately place my body how I want it to and lock into place. Doing sets of 15-20 second holds with fingertip assist on box 3x week in addition to other hs training and occasionally removing the free arm just to have fun/test but so far Im liking the results!
