Anyone here have a bad experience with OCM? Do u still continue using it and got better after the purging? Im purging and have a breakout (10-20 cystic acne appear on my face since last week) after a month using OCM. I dont know where i did wrong. I like my skin after each time doing OCM. It feels supple but at the same time i noticed there are also a lot of clogged pores appear on my cheeks. Normally, i only having red bump pimples with no abscess and not painful. And if i popped out the blackheads, there were small plugs came out from my pores. But this week im having a lot of painful pimples and got abscess inside the blackheads. Please advice. Thanks. *Im using Avocado + castor = 4 : 1 ratio bcoz my skin is too dry. I steam with warm towel and rinse with cold water.
