Apparently, my earlier post has disappeared. Here it is again, with an update I encourage ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE to send to Zukerberg and cronies: To Mark Zukerberg and the execs at Facebook: I do not now, nor will I ever, agree to the new terms and conditions. If further use of Facebook indicates my agreement, then this is a fraud perpetrated by Facebook upon an unwilling and unwitting public. This disclaimer negates any future changes to the original terms and conditions which I agreed to. To be succinct, I do not permit the sharing of my information (which remains my sole and distinct property) with anyone or any organization or any government outside of Facebook. Further, I hold and continue to hold any and all copyrights to materials posted on Facebook. Violate my rights - Face my wrath! Delete my profile! Further, if Facebook can impose new Terms and Conditions, as party to the contract, I can add my own as well (part of negotiating). These are my new Terms and Conditions, effective January 1, 2015, at 12:01AM, PST: My information is my sole and distinct property and remains so in perpetuity. After December 31, 2014, if I find out you are holding said same property, there will be consequences as well as a fee. The fee will be $33, 000, 000, 000.00 USD (Thirty-three billion United States Dollars) per day. In other words, if I can log in, the fee comes into play and is payable immediately.
