Appeal to locate missing man from Banbury – Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s assistance to locate a 43-year-old man reported missing on Saturday (17/5) from Portway, Banbury and believed to have travelled to the Cambridgeshire area. Andrew Mark Lever, known as Andy, was last seen by family on the evening of Saturday 17 May and thought to have driven to the Cambridgeshire area in his blue Ford Ka licence plate BW03. He may have been headed towards the Chatteris, or Peterborough area of Cambridgeshire. He is white, around 5ft 10ins tall, with short brown hair. He has two tattoos, a Japanese symbol on one arm and black and red design on the other. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and black three-quarter length jeans. Police are concerned for his welfare due to his state of mind when he went missing.
