Appropriate for Autism Awareness Month! Shout out to Noah Nettingham for helping his Mama out. Yesterday after school was so busy , and I needed to go home and sit with Noah to do homework. I said Man I cant Zumba tonight we need to sit and do homework, (which I have to do nightly with him, or it will not get done) He said Mom you need your steps (fitbit) and you wont make them if you dont Zumba. I will sit by myself and do my homework I promise. You can Zumba and I wont bother you. And HE DID! My baby!!! Makes me so proud.. Just had to Shout this kid Out! Such tremendous growth for Noah. Since Im shouting him out should also mentioned that he reached 2 of his goals in OT, and can button his shirts by himself, and tie his shoes. Those finger muscles are starting to finally work. :-) and Coordination is kicking in. So many people dont realize how difficult daily activities are for Noah, but he is definitely getting there.
