Archidoc 2013 17 Oct 2013 - 3 Mar 2014; Lisbon, Portugal Archidoc is designed to help filmmakers who have a documentary film project that uses archives. The objective of the course is to develop and fine tune projects in a creative and professional environment. The course is delivered through three workshops: two six-day sessions and one three-day session. The first two sessions cover re-writing the synopsis and writing the treatment/preparing the trailer. There is a one-day pitching session at the end of the workshop in the presence of producers and commissioning editors. Fees: €2,000 includes accommodation for the first two sessions and follow-up costs; all participants receive a travel grant; some scholarships available.
