A wonderful place has just opened up in our amazing household :D A stones throw away from Gare du Midi, this room is located in the best part of Brussels. With metros, trams and busses at your fingertips, you could go anywhere easily. Get the best fries ever at Place Flagey, get a drink at Parvis de Saint-Gilles, go shopping in Brussels Central, or take a train to France or England when youre fed up of everything. Living here, youll be in the company of some of the most international bunch of roommates available. Were currently five workers (3 male, 2 female), between 25 and 35 years old, from all different nationalities (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Taiwanese, Dutch/Chinese). Were looking for someone who will fit in perfectly. English is a must, although if you speak French/Spanish/Chinese/Dutch/other foreign language, that would be a bonus. To preserve the gender balance, we prefer a female candidate. You should be willing to stay here at least for six months. The room is €400 p/month, and all charges excl. internet are included (we share the internet costs, so it comes to about €8 p/month extra). The deposit is two months rent. The room comes with a bed, desk, shelf and armoire (Asian dude sold separately :P ). There is a bathroom on the top floor, and a separate toilet downstairs.
