Are you trifling with the things of eternity, living your life as if it will all end here on earth? You care less about what happens to you after you have lived your life on earth. Our God is compassionate but there is this part of Him that will be on display at the threshold of eternity; it will not allow for any form of gate crashing. At that point, your topping the gospel music chart will not rescue you if your life is not right with Him. The countless millions of souls we have preached to at our crusades will be meaningless, if we had not lived a holy life here on earth. Your great achievements and breaking world records in business and science will be as dung before you when you eventually realize you are doomed for all eternity. Beloved, eternity is endless. Take a minute and think about this. I mean it has no end. It means there will be no more time. Are you prepared to face the ONE who sits on the throne. Mercy is available today; don’t wait until when you will seek it with tears and not find it. Do you know, I have asked myself sometimes, what use is there for me to criss-cross nations preaching the gospel, organizing programs that are changing the lives of people all over, see miracles happen in the lives of others by calling on the Lord on their behalf and then I miss heaven. I can’t imagine it. Beloved, we need to wake up to righteousness. Eternity with the Lord is too precious to allow anything or anybody to come between us and making heaven. I pray we will not search heaven for anyone of us. Make this your daily prayer. Think about it!
