The driver was identified as Liliana Viruelmerino, 28, of Santa Rosa. Viruelmerino was lethargic and unable to unresponsive to officers. Due to her altered state she was transported to Kaiser Hospital in Santa Rosa. Viruelmerino was found to be physically well aside from her extreme intoxication. She was found to be on probation for a prior DUI conviction. Viruelmerino was booked on charges of Dui and violation of probation. At 7:15 p.m. a citizen call 911 to report a Toyota 4Runner on Occidental Rd. near SR 116. An officer responding to the area observed the vehicle approaching him on Occidental Rd. near High School Rd.
