As I always said, Comcast is the lowest of the low. They charge unbelievable amounts for services that are really not up to par. You usually do not get the services that you ordered, or your billing is so messed up that you want to pull your hair out. I have a problem with them myself. They paid themselves (from my checking account) 3 payments within minutes of each other in an amount totaling over $ 900.00. After numerous phone calls to Comcast my new bill came in stating that I owe them $ 900.00. Unfreaking believable. I had my bank return the payments they paid themselves to Comcast, which Peoples United Bank did with no problem. Well there was a problem, I got charged 3 fees of $ 37.00 each for them to do me that favor. So screwed every which way. I constantly received shut off notices from Comcast. Yes, they are still looking for the $ 900.00. I call them at least 3 times a week, and I swear those people just get stupider and stupider. Obviously they know they are in the wrong, if they were not, my cable would probably be shut off by now. This has been going on since February of this year. The problem here is that they have no competition in Connecticut what so ever. There are 2 other small cable companies, but they do not service my town. I do not want to go the dish way, dont really want my service interrupted every time the wind blows. So, I will wait and see what happens next. Wish me luck. :( :( :(
