As I am getting ready to make the final push for the new cart- I - TopicsExpress

As I am getting ready to make the final push for the new cart- I came across some photos of my very tiny beginnings. I started Spellbound on June 25th, 2009 by taking a makeshift DIY cart out to Last Thursday. Pretty sure I got the baby pram at Really Good Stuff on Hawthorne ( lovingly called I Am Really Gonna Get Tetanus by yours truly...no joke that store is rusty, perilous and sharp) I painted it gold (as I do most things) and filled it with handtied bouquets- as I recall they were all love spells and heartbreak easers- ( both were REALLY going around at the time) It now sits in my room, nobly holding my shoes and purses but it never ceases to remind me that in order to live your dream you have to *start*. You take whatever you have around you and you make it work- you gotta use your imagination, your passion and your HUSTLE to make it happen. There is no such thing as the right moment- well actually let me rephrase that, the right moment, is *NOW*. I have been deep in my photo archives today and it has given me a rare moment of pause to see where I was when I began, where I am nearly 2 years in- and indeed, where I want to go. Its been a real challenge as of late- the weather has really doled out a beating on my little biz and yes, it has made me doubt giving up the store and recommitting myself to being a cart based business. However, I saw the pictures of the finished base of the new cart and WOWOHWOW did it fire me up-- I am halfway to my goal and I sincerely hope you will consider ordering from me for either your Thanksgiving festivities or host/ess gifts for the home you are celebrating at. I am thankful today- thankful I have had the opportunity to take this tiny thing and make it grow. Thankful for the support of my team of friends and family and especially thankful for all my customers who value my passion for flowers and the stories they allow you to tell.
