As I sit here and eat my breakfast taco, and write this of course.....I am reminded of a an old friend, Samantha Smith, who has since passed. We both worked at Montana Mikes together many, many years ago. Almost every morning, Sam would come in with her bacon, egg, and cheese taco. She would pour the green sauce all over the contents and mix them together. After, she would roll the taco back up for a moment, and then dump all of the insides on to her plate. She would hand the plate to me and take off with the tortilla. I thought it was so funny that that was her favorite part of the taco -the tortilla with all of the flavors absorbed into it. Never would she eat the bacon, eggs, or cheese. She was quirky like that, but its the little things like that that made everyone around her love her. And its the the little things like that will always keep her spirit alive. Miss you Sammy Girl!
