As humans, we tend to make plans for the immediate future. We get an idea and want to see the results quickly. Even, when we plan long term, we anticipate certain results and expect little checkpoints along the way. Gods timing is different. We dont always see the reason something is happening until some time in the future. We hold on to our faith, knowing God is in control, but its often easier said than done. But the amazing power of God is seen when the pieces of His plan finally come together for us to see. He works according to the big picture. The road may be long. You may be stressed. You may not understand. But stand firm. He is in control. He does have a plan. Youll appreciate His power even more when you see the result of His plan. To God be the glory. For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11
