As many of you may know I started this page to because of my love of history, respect for all our ancestors who came before us, my love of genealogy and for the families who have stones in the old section that are unreadable or no longer have family close. My Aunt Pam Steel and Aunt Barb Allgood went up before Memorial Day and put a flower on every single stone in the old section and made sure all the veterans had a flag. There were a lot. It took me two and a half hours to pick up all the flowers. But I want everyone to know if you have a family stone on here and have a picture to go along with it or a story please feel free to post them. We do not know a lot about all the older families in the cemetery. Also if you know of a burial in the old part that does not have a stone please let us know as we are trying to update records that were lost years ago in the floods. Just please remember this is a public page so anyone will have access to photos. The page has almost 100 likes and that makes me smile to know that it is appreciated..
