As promised a post from Mama- The most recent news is that the doctors are making me go to appointments weekly now! So far everything has been good. They check weight, blood pressure, babies heartbeat,and measure my belly.( luckily these appointments are in columbus so I dont have to travel all the way to Atlanta!) I am almost 27 weeks now and my belly is measuring ahead at 32 weeks. Its not abnormal to measure ahead with twins. My blood pressure has been great! The babies heartbeat has been exactly where the doctors want it! As far as my weight I was pretty sick at the first of the pregnancy and lost 15 pounds and I have now gained 10 of that back. And you can tell it too! Everyone at work loves picking on my growing belly! I can tell the babies are getting big because it has now gotten harder to breath, bend over, and just plain keep up with everyday life! If anyone sees a random pregnant women sitting in odd places in walmart its probably me!!! Walmart wears me out! I have been having some Braxton hicks contractions when I walk a lot, but that is to be expected. I had them with Selah also but a little later on in the pregnancy. Speaking of Selah she is just the sweetest and funniest thing ever! She learns new words and concepts everyday. It is so much fun to watch! Michael and I always giggle and talk about how much we love having her in our lives. Michael has been doing good also hes just been a busy daddy! He has been so awesome at helping and picking up my slack! I love him so much he really does have a heart of gold! I go back to the doctor on Friday and will update if anything changes. We have 10-11 more weeks before the boys are here ( they better stay on that long too!) mommy doesnt like surprises! Just keep us in your prayers that the babies make themselves comfortable and dont try to come early, pray for my strength to hold with all the increasing uncomfortable things that come with pregnancy, and peace as we draw closer to delivery time! Also can yall say a special prayer for my friends the Harris Conjoined Twins and their mommy/daddy they are in Colorado this week meeting with specialists about their conjoined twins. Their mommy is about 25 weeks along and needs our prayers for physical strength and healing and also good reports from the doctors on the babies!
