As usual…we were blessed with another great message today by Rev Christopher Taylor. The title was “When God Builds A House”, taken from Matthew 16:18 and 1Peter 2:4. When God builds a house…the devil can’t do anything to it. We may go through trials and tribulations but God will see us through, and we WILL prevail. God didn’t intend on us finding out things or working through things on our own. You see…God’s purpose for us is always different for what we feel we want to do. HE allows us to go through some things to develop us spiritually. Just because we (small rocks) are a part of God (THE Big rock), doesn’t mean we won’t have troubles. When we go through troubles…something in us needs fixing….. and as we go through….God slowly puts us together like HE wants us to be! We go through trials and tribulations….. in order to help others (more small rocks)…….. by pouring out the same love…….. that God (THE Big rock)…….. poured into us as we went through our trials and tribulations…… into others. PHEW!!! God allows us to go through in order to build us up. How do we pour our love into others? We do so, by opening up our mouths and telling other people how God brought us through! That’s how God builds his house……with us (small rocks)….smiles Remember…..the more we put God…IN….our lives……..the more Sin…pours (filters)…OUT….of our lives!
