As you may or may not know, the government is introducing a new tax-free childcare scheme. This will replace the existing voucher scheme for new families, but in some cases it may be beneficial to switch for existing users of childcare voucher schemes. Sodexo, one of the childcare voucher scheme providers, have put together a calculator to help you work out whats best. tax-free-childcare.info/childcare-savings-calculator/ We cant offer advice, because every case is different, however we would recommend checking what it means for you etc. Also, dont forget, in some cases, depending on your income, its sometimes worth not claiming childcare vouchers because you have to declare claiming them to the tax credit office.
