CITITI CU MARE ATENTIE!!!Se apropie cu pasi repezi momentul de a da startul proiectului nostru. Punctul 3 din desfasuratorul nostru (pe care l-am copiat mai jos), anume intalnirea cu personalitatile, da rezultate bune, avem deja suportul multora si am toate motivele sa fiu optimist. Saptamana viitoare este decisiva, urmand sa am niste intalniri in care putem avea raspuns la multe intrebari.ACUM ESTE MOMENTUL SA FORTAM! Va rog ca fiecare dintre voi sa dati un comentariu la aceasta postare, un simplu DA, pentru reafirmarea suportului pentru asociatie. Langa da, sa puneti va rog o cifra, anume cati alti membri (care nu sunt in grup si nu au facebook) mai puteti aduna fiecare (REALIST!!!) pentru asociatie. IMPORTANT, va rog sa nu adaugati niciun fel de alt comentariu si sa nu dati mai multe comentarii aceeasi persoana! Voi sterge comentariile nerelevante, pentru a putea avea o idee mai clara asupra numarului de membri cotizanti si a celor activi din grupul nostru.VA ROG, de asemenea, sa adunati cat mai multi membri pentru grup!!! Am descoperit personae care sunt extreme de active in apararea cateilor, au peste 30 de prieteni in grup dar nimeni nu le-a invitat in grup. VA ROG, invitati-va toti prietenii pe care ii stiti devotati cauzei cateilor fara stapan si animalelor in general. VA MULTUMESC, Vlad Dragi viitori Asociati, In momentul fericit in care, dupa 72 de ore de la infiintarea grupului, avem peste 1300 de membri, va scriu acest scurt mesaj pe care va rog sa-l cititi cu maxima atentie, expunandu-va astfel cativa dintre pasii pe care eu ii vad de urmat. Nu am sa pun aici, in scris, chiar toata strategia pentru a nu deveni atat de predictibili si usor de contracarat, doar ceea ce este necesar acum, pentru o buna intelegere a procesului si a tintelor finale. 1. Din pacate, orice timp scurs inseamna moartea catorva catei si inimile ne plang pentru ei. Insa, pentru a face o reala diferenta, trebuie sa fim multi, organizati si cu o strategie bine pusa la punct. De partea cealalta nu vad in principal masele isterice ci o masina bine unsa politic, cu fonduri mari la dispozitie si motivata din toate punctele de vedere. Adversarul nostru, in primul rand, este legea stramba si, mai ales, aplicarea ei, care este la discretia autoritatilor cu interese politice si nu numai. Isteria va ramane, poate doar se va estompa cu timpul, daca presa va permite si nu va relua subiectul la nesfarsit. Misiunea noastra este de a ne salva si ajuta prietenii, cati mai sunt, sa duca o viata linistita pana se duc si ei. Dupa aceea vom avea alte vieti de salvat, alte animale, alte nedreptati de indreptat. 2. Revin cu acelasi mesaj de la inceput si va spun ca fara a fi zeci de mii, sute de mii, nu putem face mare lucru. Faceti un calcul si veti vedea ca 10 lei inmultit cu mii de oameni este putin dar e cu totul altceva cand vorbim despre 50,000, 100,000 sau, de ce nu, 300,000. Cu acesti bani chiar am putea face o mare diferenta, am putea construi adaposturi, sa le populam cu catei bine ingrijiti si sa le asiguram o intretinere ireprosabila. La fel de important este sa ne gandim la forta pe care o dobandim atunci cand asociatia va reprezenta o masa de sute de mii de romani. Ganditi-va la forta de reprezentare pe care o dobandeste asociatia, in raport cu autoritatile si cu alte entitati din lume. Nu ne intereseaza politica dar putem sa influentam acea parte din ea care ne intereseaza, destinele animalelor. 3. De aceea, urmatorul pas pentru mine este cel de a ma intalni, fata in fata, cu personalitatile care se afla in grupul nostru, cum ar fi Doamnele Oana Pellea, Monica Davidescu, Carmen Tanase si Domnul Mihai Traistariu. Cu ultimii doi sunt deja in contact, tot multumita voua. Avem nevoie de o expunere mare a grupului si ulterior a asociatiei, pentru a ajunge la numarul propus de membri. Expunerea aceasta poate veni ca urmare a popularizarii grupului/asociatiei de catre dumnealor dar si a efectului acestui proiect in mass media. Sunt convins ca aceste pesonalitat vor avea incredere in noi si vor intelege rolul determinant pe care il au. 4. Trebuie sa ne alegem o structura care sa inceapa sa functioneze in grup si sa continue in asociatie. Aceasta structura organizatorica este ideal sa fie organizata din oameni cu o reputatie ireprosabila, educatie, cu contacte in cat mai multe domenii si potenti financiar. Spun potenti financiar nu pentru ca e nevoie de banii lor, doar pentru ca trebuie sa aiba timp la dispozitie pentru a se ocupa de asociatie intr-un mod sustinut. Cei cu program fix, dependenti de un angajator si cu posibilitati limitate de a contribui oganizatoric nu prea vad cum a putea sa ne ajute la acest capitol.La momentul actual pe grup, suntem doar trei admini si deja nu mai facem fata. 5. Avem nevoie de suport din partea voastra, a asociatilor, pe umatoarele teme: - traducatori pentru ca mesajele grupului/asociatiei sa poata fi transmise si in engleza, germana;- suport legal pentru infiintarea asociatiei;- suport contabil;- sediu social (doar in acte si ca adresa de coespondenta);- spatiu pentru a ne intalni undeva, inaintea infiintarii asociatiei si poate si dupa aceea, pana cand vom avea membri suficienti si fonduri pentru inchirierea unui spatiu. 6. Odata ce toate acestea au fost rezolvate, eu voi infiinta ASOCIATIA NERO. Pentru a se infiinta, asociatia are nevoie de minim 3 membri fondatori, de un consiliu director, un presedinte, un cenzor. Membrii fondatori trebuie sa prezinte, la infiintare, buletinul, chitanta de varsamant a fondului de infiintare si cazierul fiscal. Procedura de infiintare dureaza circa 4 saptamani de la aprobarea denumirii de catre Ministerul Justitiei. Dupa ce infiintarea asociatiei s-a realizat, fiecare membru este inscris, pe baza de cerere de adeziune si taxa achitata (acei 10 lei pe luna), pentru restul membrilor nefiind nevoie de cazier. Presedintele si Consiliul Director sunt alesi pe o perioada de 1-3 ani si pot fi schimbati din functie de Adunarea Generala a Asociatilor, prin votul a 50% + 1 din asociati. Asociatia este compusa asadar din voi toti si fiecare are un vot, un cuvant de spus. Transparenta va fi totala, se poate face audit, orice. 7. Asociatia incepe sa functioneze, adunam pemanent noi membri (si pe cei fara Facebook, si din strainatate) si pe baza cotizatiilor, a sponsorizarilor, ajutorului primit din partea prietenilor constructori, realizeaza primul sau adapost. Ulterior, ne dezvoltam si in marile orase din tara, cu ajutorul sub-structurilor organizatorice pe care le vom cladi intre timp. Foarte importanta este si colaborarea cu asociatii si organizatii de peste hotare. Cam acesta este firul rosu, in viziunea mea. Va rog, daca aveti intrebari, idei, sa mi le trasnmiteti prin comentarii. Daca voi considera un subiect prea sensibil pentru a fi discutat in public, il vom discuta in privat. Am avut cazuri in care idei bune mi-au fost transmise, unele pe care deja le “coceam” eu, dar insemnand sa divulgam prea mult din strategia noastra, am sters postarea si am discutat in privat. Va rog, totodata sa intelegeti ca am si eu responsabilitatile mele, paralele cu asociatia, de care nu pot sa ma debarasez intrucat ar insemna sa nu am din ce trai. Ca atare, nu pot fi intotdeauna prompt in raspunsuri. REGULI: Plecam cu totii de la incredere 100% dar, va asigur, avem in grup suficienti oameni cu vasta experienta, care ii stiu pe cei care au scopuri ascunse. Eu sunt un om bun dar sunt totodata o mana de fier, stiu sa ma impun si nu voi avea niciun fel de retineri in a exclude membri care se dovedesc a fi divergenti cu cauza noastra. Ca sa fim foarte clari de la inceput, nu acceptam traseisti politici, negustori de animale (nu ma refer aici la cei cu canisa), extremisti! Totodata, va rog sa aveti grija ce persoane invitati in asociatie pentru a evita categoriile de mai sus si, cine stie, altele mai rele. THANK YOU,Vlad Dear future Associates, In this happy moment when, after only 72 hours since the creation of the group, we have over 1300 members, I write to you this short message that I ask you to read with utmost attention, thus exposing some of the steps which I think should be followed. I will not write down the whole strategy in order to not become predictable and easy countered, just the necessary for now, for a better understanding of the process and final targets. 1. Unfortunately, every passing moment means the death of several dogs and our hearts go out to them. However, to make a difference, we have to be many, organized and with a well planned strategy. On the other hand I dont see hysterical masses but a well-oiled political machine, with large available funds and the motivated in all aspects. Our opponent, first of all, is the crooked law and especially its application, which is at the discretion of the authorities with their political interests and beyond. The hysteria will remain, maybe it will fade with time, if the media will allow it and will not resume the subject over and over. Our mission is to save and help our friends, the ones left, to lead a quiet life for the time they have left. After that we will have other lives to save, other animals, other wrongs to mend. 2. I return to my initial message and I’m telling you that without the tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands members we can not do much. Make a calculation and you will see that 10 lei multiplied by thousands of people isn’t much but when we talk about 50,000, 100,000 or why not 300,000 it’s completely different. With this money we can make a difference, we can build shelters, populate them with dogs well cared for and ensure them an impeccable livelihood. Equally important is to think of the power we acquire when the association will be represented by a mass of hundreds of thousands of members. Think of the power of representation that the association will acquire in relation to the authorities and other entities in the world. We are not interested in politics but we can influence that part of it that we are interested in, the destinies of animals. 3. Therefore, the next step for me is to meet, face to face, with the public figures that are in our group, like Ms. Oana Pellea, Ms. Monica Davidescu, Ms. Carmen Tanase and Mr. Mihai Traistariu. With the last two I am already in touch, all thanks to you. We need a high exposure of the group and later of the association, to reach the proposed number of members. This exposure may come due to the popularization of the group/association by them as well as the effect of the project in the media. I am convinced that these public figures will trust us and understand the crucial role they play. 4. We have to choose a structure that has to start working inside the group and continue in the association. This organizational structure is ideal to be organized by people with an impeccable reputation, education, with contacts in many areas and financially strong. I say financially strong not because we need their money, just because they have to have time available to deal with the association in a sustainable way. Those with fixed schedule, dependent on an employer and with limited opportunities to contribute organizationally, I do not see how they could help us in this regard. Currently the group has three administrators and we can no longer cope. 5. We need support from you, the associates, for the following themes: - translators so that the messages of the group/association can be submitted in English, German - legal support for the establishment of the association - accounting support - head office (only on papers for the correspondence address) – a place for us to meet somewhere before the founding of the association, and maybe, afterwards, until we have enough members and money, to rent a space. 6. Once all these have been resolved, I will found ASSOCIATION NERO. To be created, the association needs at least 3 founding members, a board of directors, a president, and a censor. The founding members must present their identity card, the receipt for the payment of the fund establishment and the fiscal record. The setting up procedure takes about 4 weeks from the moment the Ministry of Justice approves designation. After the founding of the association, each member is enrolled, based on a membership application and paid tax (those 10 lei per month). For the rest of the members there is no need for a criminal record. The President and the Board of Directors are elected for a period of 1-3 years and can be changed by the General Assembly of the Association, by a vote of 50% + 1 of the associates. The Association is composed of all of you and so each has a vote, a voice. There will be total transparency, it can be audited, and anything. 7. The Association starts working, constantly gathering new members (also those without Facebook, and from abroad) and based on the fees, sponsorships, aid received from builder friends, build its first shelter. Later on, we develop in major cities, with sub-organizational structures that we will build in the meantime. Very important is the cooperation with associations and organizations from abroad. This is the bottom line, in my opinion. Please if you have any questions, ideas, send them to me via comments. If I consider a subject to be too sensitive to be discussed in public, we will discuss it privately. There have been cases in which I received some good ideas, some I already thought on, but it meant revealing too much of our strategy, I deleted the post and talked in private. Please also understand that I have my own responsibilities beside the association, which I can not get rid off because it would mean I having nothing to live on. As such, it may take some time to reply. RULES: We all have to have 100% trust, and I assure you, we have enough people in the group with extensive experience, who know those with hidden agendas. I am a good man but also have an iron hand, I know how to make my point and I will not be reluctant to exclude members who are in disagreement with our cause. To be very clear from the beginning, we do not accept the political driven, animal traders (Im not referring here to those with kennel), and extremists! Also, please be careful who you invite in the association, as to avoid the above categories and, who knows, worse.
