At the doctor with Alex yesterday, I saw something really disturbing. A little girl sat in the chair next to her mother shaking. She was obviously very sick and having chills from her fever. She looked pitiful.. But her mother wouldnt even put her phone down long enough to wrap her arms around that poor baby. Even though I dont do it when Alex is sick or needs me, I am guilty of spending too much time on my phone-- usually on Facebook or Pinterest. And its sad because Facebook usually just annoys me anyway.. Im not deleting my acct because I do like to share pics of Alex with family and friends, however I will be taking a break from social media.. Just didnt want anyone to think I was intentionally ignoring them. With that said, Im off to watch tv and color with my sick baby.
