At the risk of rising ire among those whove used FedEx successfully, I must report that my long-lost 99 machine remains in FedEx custody. now in Florida, where it has sat for nearly a week, wrapped only in bubble wrap as the carton and labeling was somehow disconnected from the package. I call every few days to check on it, and always get a new person, who listens patiently and then reads the notes on their screen, and always closes with assurances that it will be on its way to me tomorrow. I love ya, tomorrow, but not this time. I know youre only a day away, but really... if it took this long to relabel it, how long will it take to come up the coast from Florida to New England? Or have they already labeled it to go to Utah for further labeling? The last scan date posted was on July 18th, and it was still in the sellers state of Missouri at that time. Who knows where its been since, and before landing in Florida? I dont want a refund ... I want the machine and bentwood case.
