Attention ACOs: You are invited to attend a two part training session on EQUINE SAFETY, EMERGENCY OPERATIONS, INVESTIGATING CRUELTY AND NEGLECT. This training session will be conducted by Dr. Peter Conserva, a specialist in equine veterinary medicine and equine emergency rescue. The date of the classroom session will be Thursday October 9th, at 6:30PM at the Community Room at the Barkhamsted Town Garage, located at 33 New Hartford Road (Rte.44) Barkhamsted. This facility is next door to the Regional Refuse Recycle Center. Seating is limited so please contact me as soon as possible to reserve your seat! Both sessions will be conducted by Dr. Conserva. This two part training session WILL be made available to the public once the ACOs have had a chance to comply with their training requirements.
