Avoid Capital Fiat/VW service if you have issue on a warrantied car. They tried to get me non OEM pads for my car which dont fit, and the OEM mopar pads are still a week out minimum. I dropped the car off thursday and they paid for my rental for 4 days (a week in the service advisors words), I called to return it yesterday and was never called back. If i want to keep the rental its out of my pocket until the pads come in, or i can come pick up my car and drive it around short distances according to them. If this is the case why do i need to do both sets of pads and rotors in the front, and how do 2 rotors and both pads go bad from debris at the same time? This is ridiculous.
