So my ceiling is starting to fall in and weve called our landlord about this on the 17th of June. it was suppose to be fixed between the 22nd and the 25th but nothing was done. At 8 something the night of the 25th out landlord tries to tell my husband to spray paint it and thatll fix it. (Umm, our ceiling is literally falling in. Spray painting it is not going to work.) So we called code enforcement. They gave her a notice June 30th to have our ceiling fixed by July 11th. Yesterday between 2 and 6 or landlord stuck a piece of paper to our back door saying to move anything out of the way under the areas that need to be fixed. And that shed be here the 2nd - 4th. So today she didnt show up until way after 2pm and I just got home at 430 and shes not here and nothing has been done to our ceiling in the babys room (the ceiling thats caving in) or our living room (the one thats had a leaking problem since weve moved in and has never been fixed.) My question is this, do I wait till the 4th to say anything to her again if nothing is done? Or wait till the 11th if nothing is done? Were literally living in our bedroom till this gets fixed.
